Typeglot Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Scope

This policy forms part of the Terms.

It applies to trial, free, paid and complimentary Typeglot access. It also applies to licence keys, instance tokens, APIs, websites and support channels associated with Typeglot.

2. Prohibited conduct

Do not use Typeglot to harm people or systems.

• Break the law, facilitate crime or violate sanctions, export controls or another binding restriction.
• Create, distribute or assist malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorised surveillance or intrusion.
• Threaten, exploit, harass or unlawfully discriminate against another person.
• Process content that you have no right to use or that violates privacy, confidentiality, copyright or other rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent authority in a deceptive or harmful way.
• Generate or facilitate sexual exploitation of minors or any other unlawful abusive material.
• Use output as unreviewed professional advice in medical, legal, financial, emergency or safety-critical decisions.

3. Service abuse

Do not circumvent Typeglot controls.

• Share, publish, sell or transfer a personal licence key or instance credential without permission.
• Create repeated trials through false, disposable or manipulated identities.
• Bypass plan limits, instance limits, version requirements, security controls or access decisions.
• Automate requests in a way that exhausts resources, degrades service or exceeds the intended human dictation use.
• Probe, scan, reverse engineer or attack Typeglot systems except where applicable law expressly permits it or a written security-testing authorisation applies.
• Send malicious payloads, forged merchant events or attempts to obtain provider credentials, prompts or protected infrastructure information.

4. Enforcement

Responses should be proportionate.

Typeglot may warn, rate-limit, block an abusive actor, suspend an instance or revoke access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service. Serious fraud, security attacks or unlawful conduct may be acted on without advance warning. Where appropriate and safe, support will provide a reason and a route to challenge an error.

Complimentary access remains revocable. Paid consumer rights and remedies are not removed by this policy.
